The closer to the Gulf of Mexico, the more valuable the property. It also consists of 710 condominiums, villa's, and townhouses currently for sale. 448 of these are waterfront also with 394 of those being Gulf Access. Most of the Gulf Access properties are going to be in the SE section of Cape Coral, and the southern most point of the SW section of Cape Coral.
